Amy R. Mack
President/CEO
Amy Mack joined Big Brothers Big Sisters as President/CEO in November, 2009 after having served six years in a variety of roles for the Corporation for National and Community Service (CNCS) in Washington, D.C. In her roles as chief of staff, director of public affairs and senior advisor to the CEO, she was responsible for advising the CEO on the strategic direction of the agency, managing board relations, overseeing the Corporation’s public relations and developing a management action plan for the agency’s operations. She received a Bachelor of Science in biology and a dual Master’s in Public Affairs and Environmental Science from Indiana University. She is a native of Indianapolis, Indiana. In February 2011, Amy was appointed by NC Governor Perdue as a Commissioner with the NC Commission on Volunteerism and Community Service. Amy’s husband, David, is a research scientist at the Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine (WFIRM). Amy, David and their son, Duncan, live in Clemmons, NC.

Pamela Anglin Suber
Vice President - Development
Pamela joined the Big Brothers Big Sisters staff as a case manager in 1999. During that time, she not only had multiple jobs within the organization but she held several part-time positions within the community as well, including Executive Director of BoysCamp, Inc. and Loaned Executive for United Way. Pam has enjoyed being involved in and getting to know her community; for many years considering Winston-Salem to be a big city. Pamela was raised on a tobacco/livestock farm in Marshall, North Carolina, with her parents, 7 brothers and sisters, and lots of animals. She attended Wake Forest University graduating with a BA in Religion and Education. She received a certificate in Non Profit Management from Duke University in 2002. Pam is a graduate of the 2009 class of Leadership Winston-Salem (LWS). She is currently a member of Women's Fund of Winston-Salem, and serves as co-chair of the LWS Commitee for Education Day. Pamela resides in Winston-Salem with her sons, Darius and Landon, and her husband Terrence, who is an Assistant Principal with the Winston Salem/Forsyth County School System.

Rebecca Edwards
Vice President - Programs and Operations
Rebecca started with Big Brothers Big Sisters as a case manager in 2001. She has more than 14 years experience in non-profit organizations serving youth. Prior to joining the agency, Rebecca managed a group home for at risk youth and worked as a legal assistant for a local attorney. She has her BA in Sociology from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro and completed her certificate in Non-Profit Management there in 2005. Rebecca lives in Winston-Salem with her two cats Puck and Domino. Rebecca volunteers with the local theater, is certified as a wildlife rehabilitator and enjoys making and selling jewelry in her spare time.

Amy Boardwine
Director - Davie County
Amy Boardwine spent 3 years as the Public Relations/Development Assistant for the Big Brothers Big Sisters Davie office before being promoted to Director in 2009. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Child Development and Family Relations from East Carolina University and holds her certificate in Interpreting for the Deaf from the University of Tennessee. She has over 15 years of experience in working with children and families in a variety of settings. Amy is a native of Davie County and very active in the community where she resides with her husband, Christopher, and two children, Justin and Emma.
