Great times for a great cause

This volunteer recruitment event is designed to focus attention on the need for Big Brothers and Big Sisters volunteers to become mentors in the lives of children in our community.

The community leaders will be introduced to their Little Brother or Little Sister for the day when they pick the child up from the BBBS office. The selected children from the waiting list will accompany volunteer media, business and government leaders to their workplace. The various job tours always prove to have a positive impact on the children, as well as, the volunteers who participate. The pairs will come together at Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice for a lunch emceed by Big Sister and news anchor Wanda Starke.
