IT’S NOT JUST A DONATION. IT’S AN INVESTMENT IN A CHILD’S FUTURE.

What amount helps, and how can I give?

Simply put, any amount of support helps our agency fulfill our mission. We accept cash, checks, debit and credit cards.

We also except gifts of stock and securities, IRA charitable rollovers, estate gifts and other options! Contact Joni DeLellis at joni@bbbsnc.org to discuss your options.

Where does your gift go?

Your contribution goes directly back to our community. While you can designate your gift in any way, unrestricted gifts specifically help us:

$25 – Spark Hope: Covers enrollment services for one youth or volunteer.

$50 – Feed Potential: Provides one month of professional support and supervision to ensure a match is thriving, along with training and guidance for the Big to keep the relationship strong and impactful.

$100 – Fuel Futures: Provides a hands-on social-emotional learning activity for a site-based mentoring group, helping youth build confidence, empathy, and connection.

$250 – Open Doors: Provides a fun and enriching activity that helps deepen the connection between Bigs and Littles.

$500 – Build Belief: Helps host special events like Volunteer Appreciation, our Holiday Party, and Back to School—bringing Bigs, Littles, and families together to connect, celebrate, and feel supported.

$1,000 – Empower a Match: Covers the cost to create and support one match for an entire year.

Give.

There are Littles who are ready and waiting to be matched with us right now! Your gift helps us provide programs and services to pair a child with a mentor carefully. The contribution you make today will lead to better outcomes for our community’s children tomorrow.

Foundation and Corporate Support.

By giving to Big Brothers Big Sisters, foundations and corporations benefit the community’s most important asset—its children.

Major investments from foundations and corporations have enabled our agency to connect with young people in unprecedented ways, so they can start on the path to unlimited potential—and maybe even start a business or foundation of their own some day.

To learn more about becoming a corporate or foundation partner, contact Joni DeLellis at joni@bbbsnc.org

Giving Frequency.

It all begins with what feels good and meaningful for you and your family. You can give any amount as a One-Time, Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual gift option.

Matching Gifts.

Matching your gift is an easy way to double your gift’s impact. Be sure to ask your employer if they provide matching gifts for your charitable contributions.

GIVING SOCIETIES

In a world of many causes and many changes, our mission has not wavered. We know that matching children in our community with caring, committed mentors changes lives consistently. Children and Youth do significantly better in school, feel better about themselves and their quality of life, and are less likely to use drugs and alcohol.

Every child has potential. With your help, we can defend it together. As members of our giving societies, your gifts reflect more than just a donation.  They reflect an investment in the lives of our children in our community and beyond.

We are grateful to our most generous donors who make annual contributions of $1,000 or more, based on a calendar year of January 1 through December 31.  Their generous and loyal support provides valuable funding for waitlist activities, programming, training, outreach, and more.
